Takesha J. Cooper, MD, MS
Dr. Cooper is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Board-certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the ABPN, she actively participates in continuing certification. As an ABPN Psychiatry Director, Dr. Cooper contributes to the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Certification Committee and several other ABPN committees.
A Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, she is also a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American College of Psychiatrists, and the American Association of Chairs of Departments of Psychiatry. Additionally, she is a reviewer for the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
