Sandra M. DeJong, MD, MSc, is the Senior Consultant in the Department of Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) and Associate Professor, Part Time, at Harvard Medical School. She is also a solo private practitioner and co-investigator on an educational grant to improve child psychiatry training in medical schools. She previously served as Program Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at CHA, as well as Interim Division Chief.

She is certified by the ABPN in Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and participates in continuing certification. At ABPN, she serves on the Psychiatry Council and a variety of committees.

Dr. DeJong is past Secretary of the American Psychiatric Association, past President of the American Association of Directors of Psychiatric Residency Training and past Editor of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency in-Training Examination. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the APA, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the American College of Psychiatrists.
